Suulised kaebused<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1 Suulised kaebused lahendatakse 5 t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva jooksul ja neid ei registreerita.<br>1.2 Kui nimetatud perioodi jooksul ei ole v\u00f5imalik kaebust lahendada, tehakse kaebuse<br>esitajale ettepanek esitada kirjalik kaebus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kirjalikud kaebused<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Tegevusjuhendaja t\u00e4psustab kaebust lahendamiseks edastades, kas ta soovib vaid<br>vastuse koostamist v\u00f5i ka kaebuses toodud probleemi lahendamist.<br>2.2 Kaebuste ja nende vastuste menetlemisel l\u00e4htutakse Asjaajamise k\u00e4siraamatust.<br>2.3 Kaebus esitatakse Lootuserai O\u00dc kehtestatud kaebusvormil (k\u00e4esoleva korra lisa) v\u00f5i vabas vormis.<br>2.4 Menetleja koostab kaebusele vastuse k\u00fcsides vajadusel kaebuse esitajalt v\u00f5i teistelt isikutelt lisateavet ja edastab vastuse tegevusjuhendajale kinnitamiseks.<br>2.5 Kui tegevusjuhendaja tegi menetlejale \u00fclesandeks kaebuses toodud probleem<br>lahendada, edastab menetleja kirjelduse, kuidas ta probleemi lahendas.<br>2.6 Kui kaebust ei ole v\u00f5imalik sisuliselt lahendada, siis teavitatakse kaebuse esitajat selle p\u00f5hjustest \u00fcldises korras, v\u00f5imalusel soovitades, kuhu vastava k\u00fcsimusega p\u00f6\u00f6rduda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Kaebuste menetlemise korra muutmine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 K\u00e4esolev kord vaadatakse regulaarselt \u00fcle ja t\u00e4iendatakse kord aastas kolmanda kvartali l\u00f5puks ning vastavalt vajadusele l\u00e4bivalt aasta jooksul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Anon\u00fc\u00fcmne kaebus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 Kliendi ja tema \u00fcmbruskonna kaebus v\u00f5ib olla ka anon\u00fc\u00fcmne, esitatakse Lootuserai O\u00dc kehtestatud kaebusvormil (k\u00e4esoleva korra lisa) v\u00f5i vabas vormis.<br>4.2 Kaebuse v\u00f5ib samuti saata ka Sotsiaalkindulustusameti e-postile info@sotsiaalkindlustusamet.ee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
